Based on the information I gather, I design a program specific to the client's health needs and goals.

If the client is under medical care, I work very closely with the client's physician and other health care professionals to help achieve the goals of the client and the health care team. I continually monitor the progress of each client and change the program accordingly. Periodically, I provide the physician with progress reports and encourage feedback from the physician to enable us to accurately keep track of the client's current health condition.

Depending on the goals of healthy individuals, I design, implement and change the program to meet the needs of the client. I provide progress charts, health and fitness tips, program updates and continuous encouragement and motivation throughout the length of our relationship.
