WHY SHOULD I EAT SEA SALT INSTEAD OF REGULAR TABLE SALT?

HOW MUCH SALT SHOULD I HAVE EVERYDAY?

Table salt is a mixture of sodium and chloride and has been processed to remove many of
the minerals essential to a healthy diet. Sea salt still contains the minerals from the sea
and is the best choice for those wishing to obtain the health benefits associated with those
minerals.

We all need 500 mg. of salt just to function normally. The RDA allows 2400 mg. for a person
with a 2000-2500 calorie diet. I like my clients to stay between 1500 and 2000 mg. a day.
Be careful to monitor high sodium items in your diet such as canned vegetables as one
serving can contain as much as 700 mg. of sodium.

DON'T EAT EGGS FROM THE GROCERY STORE!!!

Eggs from the grocery store are a result of an unnatural process in mass
producing literal waste. Just as a woman sheds an egg every month during her
menstrual cycle because it has not been fertilized by male sperm, so too does the
hen eliminate eggs as a byproduct of her cycle. If a hen is given hormones she can
mass produce many of these waste products daily.

EAT FARM EGGS SOLD AT YOUR LOCAL HEALTH FOOD STORE OR
FIND A FARMER WHO HAS A ROOSTER IN THE COOP WITH THE HEN.

The most perfect food is an egg...but only if that egg is a result of a hen and
a rooster mating. Eggs from the store have comparitively little nutrition to that
of a farm or fertilized egg. For instance, the health warning about the hazards
to your health as a result of eating too many eggs is because of the high cholesterol
and low lecithin levels in a mass produced store bought egg. If a farm or fertilized
egg is cooked properly (3 minute soft boiled egg keeps temperature below the
level at which lecithin is destroyed), the lecithin naturally existing is enough
to emulsify the cholesterol in the yolk. Store bought eggs have higher levels
of cholesterol and lower levels of lecithin, therefore, they can potentially increase
cholesterol levels in the bloodstream to unhealthy levels if eaten several times
a week consistently.

Visit your health food store and purchase some farm fresh eggs today!

Theoretically, you can eat an egg a day as long as you soft boil them. I do not
recommend eating any more than that and if all you want is added protein
in your diet, eat the egg whites only. Remember though, most of the
nutrients are in the yolk and eaten together, the egg is the most perfect food.
