the cost is just $3 per class.

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY - Cardio Kickboxing 5:30-6:30
THURSDAY - Step Aerobics 5:30-6:20
SATURDAY - Floor/Step Aerobics 8:45-9:30

We also offer personal training, individual and group sessions.
